Pastured Chicken
Our chickens are slower growing, pasture raised, and DELICIOUS! They are moved daily to fresh grass and fed grain from a local mill. Our slower growing birds meet the highest animal welfare standards and have a much richer flavor. Birds are available whole or as cuts. A whole bird averages about 5 pounds.
Pastured Duck
My favorite meat from the farm, our duck is juicy and delicious. Don’t let the talk about ducks being fatty scare you! Ducks are the perfect food for a cold winter day, the highlight of a special occasion, or for everyday eating. Birds are sold whole and are approximately 5 pounds.
Pastured Turkey
Like our chickens, our turkey are raised on pasture, moved to fresh grass daily, and are fed local grains. Turkey are pre-order only and average 15-20 pounds, although sometimes we do get some larger birds!
